How to Use Campaign Filters in Mobiniti

Mobiniti’s campaign filters make it easy to quickly locate specific SMS campaigns based on date, audience targeting, or campaign status. Whether you’re managing a handful of campaigns or hundreds, these filters help you streamline reporting and find exactly what you need.

Navigate to the Campaigns Page

  1. Log in to your Mobiniti account.

  2. From the left-hand menu, click Campaigns.

  3. You will be taken to the Campaigns dashboard, where all your campaigns are listed.

Filter by Creation Date

  1. Click the Creation Date filter.

  2. Select a preset date range (such as “Today,” “Last 7 Days,” or “This Month”) or choose a custom date range.

  3. The campaign list will automatically update to show only campaigns created during that time period.

Filter by Send Date

  1. Click Send Date.

  2. Choose the appropriate date or date range.

  3. Mobiniti will display only the campaigns that were sent (or scheduled) within that selected window.

Filter by Campaign Name

  1. Click the Campaign filter.

  2. Type or select the name of the group you want to filter by.

  3. The campaign list will update to show all campaigns that were targeted to that specific group.

Filter by Campaign Status

Available campaign statuses include:

  • Sent

  • Scheduled

  • Admin Review

  • Sending

  • Insufficient Funds

  • Cancelled

  • Denied

To apply this filter:

  1. Click Campaign Status.

  2. Choose the status you want to view.

  3. The campaign list will update to show only campaigns that match the selected status.

Clear Filters

If you want to return to your full list of campaigns:

  1. Click the Clear Filters or Reset option (location varies depending on interface version).

  2. All filters are removed and the complete campaign list reappears.
