Double Opt-In

Ensure you have Express Written Opt-In Consent to text message all contacts. You can utilize the Mobiniti platform's double opt-in features to collect additional information such as first name and date of birth.

Scrub Opt-In List

Clean your opt-in list to include only recent subscribers. As a general rule

of thumb, you should be scrubbing anyone who hasn't engaged with you in over 6 months.

Stop Language

Each text should include a way for people to say they don't want more texts by replying "STOP".

When you create a new campaign, please make a mental note to ensure you are selecting the appropriate Contacts or Groups!

If you try sending out your campaign without a Group added, you will automatically get triggered with an error.

Make sure to select a Group or Contact here:

If you try sending out your campaign without a group or contact added you will automatically get triggered with an error and your campaign will not get sent.

Contact Resubscribe

If your contact previously unsubscribed and would like to start receiving messages again, Your contact can type "Start", "Unstop", or "Resume", or text your "Keyword" to resubscribe.
