How do I use social profiling to filter my campaigns?

Capture advanced demographic and social data on your contacts with only their phone number.

Social Profiling is a powerful tool for gathering information on your users; information such as name, gender, and estimated location can be collected. The data provided is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate, but it will give you a better understanding of your users. This is a premium feature and must be enabled in your subscription; subject to rate increase depending on current plan.

Demographic and Social Data that we can return includes:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Location: zip code, county, city, state, country, and continent

  • Age Range

  • Gender

  • Organizations: Any type of businesses they have worked for or organizations they may be apart of or were involved with.

  • Social Profiles: If they have an account on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more. Their username and profile URL.

  • Interests: Any interests they may have on social platforms or online. 


How to Filter Campaigns using Social Profiling Data

Step 1:

Click on the Campaigns tab.

Step 2:

Click on Create New Campaign.

Step 3:

Click on Subscribers Filters.

Step 4:

Click and select the filters you want for your Campaign. You can filter your future campaigns on Mobiniti based on the social profiling data captured on your contacts.

Note: Not all filters are based on social profiles or any collected data, such as Month Added, Line Type, and Time zone.

The highlighted filters are all based on data collected by Social Profiles:

  • Location: Zip code, county, city, state, country, and continent.

  • Age Range: The age group you want to target with your Campaign.

  • Gender: Choose between Male and Female.

  • Organizations: Pick companies or organizations subscribers work for, based on data you have collected.

  • Social Profiles: If they have an account on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more.

  • Interests: Any interests they may have on social platforms or online.

They will launch when you finish your Campaign.
