Where Can I Use Custom Fields?

Custom fields let you store additional information about your contacts, such as membership IDs, ZIP codes, loyalty numbers, or any other details unique to your business.

You can use custom fields to:

  • Import contact data by mapping your custom fields to additional columns in your CSV file (after the standard Mobiniti fields, such as phone number, email, first name, and last name).

  • Personalize text messages by inserting custom field values into your campaigns.

  • Collect information on web opt-in forms by adding your custom fields to your signup page.
