1. Navigate to the Usage Tab:
From your Dashboard, locate and click on the Usage Tab.
2. Determine Available SMS Credits:
In the Usage section, check how many SMS credits you have available.
3. Decide how many of your available SMS credits you want to convert:
Decide how many of your available SMS you want to convert to MMS credits. For example, if you want to convert 900 SMS credits into MMS credits, keep that number in mind.
Remember that the conversion ratio is 3 SMS credits = 1 MMS credit.
4. Convert the Credits:
Click on the option to Convert Credits.
A box will appear where you can enter the amount you want to convert. Type in the number of SMS credits you want to convert. For example, enter 900 if you want to convert 900 SMS credits to 300 MMS credits.
5. Review and Confirm Conversion:
After entering the amount, click Convert
A review screen will appear, showing the number of MMS credits you will receive. For example, you will get 300 MMS credits (since 900 SMS credits convert to 300 MMS credits at the 3:1 ratio).
6. Check the MMS Credits:
After the conversion, go back to the Usage tab. You should now see the MMS credits reflected in your balance.
