Before uploading an image to your MMS campaign in Mobiniti, make sure it's 500 KB or smaller. Images larger than 500 KB may not upload successfully or may have delivery issues.
Step 1: Open ImageResizer.com
Step 2: Upload Your Image
Click Select Image.
Choose the image from your computer.
Wait for the image to finish uploading.
Step 3: Resize Your Image
Select the Resize option.
Choose Pixels as the measurement.
Enter the following dimensions:
Width: 640 px
Height: 1136 px
If available, keep Maintain Aspect Ratio turned off so both dimensions can be entered exactly.
Click Export
Step 4: Download Your Image
Once the resize is complete, click Download Image to save the new version to your computer.
Step 5: Check the File Size
Locate the downloaded image and verify that the file size 500 KB or smaller.
Step 6
Go to Campaigns, type in your campaign Message in the message box. Select MMS, click on the Media button, and Upload your resized document.
Pro Tip
If your image is still larger than 500 KB after resizing, use FreeConvert's Image Compressor or a tool like TinyJPG to reduce the file size before uploading it to your campaign.
