If a confirmed contact is not receiving your SMS campaign, the issue is usually related to group assignment.
In the Mobiniti platform, a contact must be confirmed (opted in) and assigned to the selected campaign group.
Here's how to confirm your contact is assigned to the selected campaign group.
Go to Contacts
Check the contact’s group assignment
Reassign them to the appropriate group
Example contact assigned to group Realtor
If the contact was removed from the group, they will not receive messages sent to that group, even if their subscription status is active.

To resolve this, locate the contact and select edit contact
Add your contact to the correct group (example: Realtor)
Campaign delivery depends on both confirmation status and active group membership.
