Based on Carrier Regulations (CTIA), in order to register your number for sending, you are required to have specific SMS Terms & Conditions as well as a Privacy Policy. If you currently have SMS specific sections in your websites T&C/Privacy, make sure to include the link when you fill out your Compliance Form in your Mobiniti account.
If you currently have your own, please make sure it expressly prohibits sharing Mobile data with affiliates, as this is required by the Carriers. If you don't currently have a disclosure regarding affiliate sharing, you can add the following approved verbiage:
"No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.”
If you do not currently have SMS specific Terms and Privacy, you can always add them via a separate page/URL to your website using the following template:
