If you encounter a technical issue while using the Mobiniti platform, you can quickly report it to our team directly from the Help widget.
2. Below the Help icon, click on the Bug Report icon to Report a Bug
Entering a brief description of the issue you're experiencing.
Selecting the severity level that best describes the issue:
Low – The issue has little impact on your work.
Medium – The issue affects functionality, but you can continue working.
High – The issue is preventing you from completing an important task.
Click Submit.
What Information is Automatically Included?
To help our team investigate the issue quickly, Mobiniti will automatically include technical details such as:
Your web browser and operating system
Screen size
The page you were on when the issue occurred
Network status
Technical error logs (console errors)
You do not need to gather or enter this information yourself.
