If you're sending an MMS message through Mobiniti, your image must be the right size and format. Here's a quick way to resize it using FreeConvert.
Step 1.
Go to the Image Converter
Step 2.
Upload Your Image
Click "Choose Files."
Select the image you want to use from your computer
Step 3.
Set the Resize Options:
After the upload, click the gear next to your image
Turn "Resize" ON
Choose "Dimensions" from the resize method dropdown
Enter the dimensions
Width: 640
Height: 1136
Select JPG or PNG as the output format
Click Apply Settings
Step 4.
Convert and Download
Click "Convert."
Once it's finished, click "Download" to save the resized image
Step 5.
Go to Campaigns and Select MMS
Upload the resized image when creating your MMS Message
Pro Tip:
If your image is still over 500 KB after resizing, use FreeConvert's image compressor or a tool like TinyJPG to reduce the file size.
