How do I turn on Auto Recharge?

Auto-recharge allows a user to set an amount that once it falls below it will trigger an Add Funds to occur.

Auto Recharge is a feature designed to prevent any downtime in your messaging activity on Mobiniti. When enabled, it automatically adds credits or funds to your account once your balance falls below a set threshold.

Why Auto Recharge Is Important

If your account runs out of credits or available balance:

  • Campaigns will not send

  • Scheduled messages will fail

  • One-to-one messages may be blocked

  • Automated workflows can pause

This can disrupt communication with your audience and impact engagement.


How to Set Up Auto Recharge

Step 1:

In the top right corner, click on Payment Settings under the Balance tab.

Step 2:

Scroll down to Auto Recharge settings and click on the circle next to Enable.

Step 3:

Next, you'll navigate further down to set the recharge amount thresholds.

Step 3. A:

In the Recharge Amount box, input how much you want to add during a recharge.

  • The minimum amount is $20.00

  • The maximum amount is $200.00

Step 3. B:

In the When Balance Falls Below box, input the amount at which you want the recharge to happen. If you select $10.00, when your balance goes below that amount, this setting will recharge your account with the card on file.

  • The minimum amount is $10.00.

  • The maximum amount is $1990.00

Step 4:

Hit Save Auto Recharge Settings, and you’re done.
