Common Reasons for a Bounce Message in Mobiniti:
Invalid Phone Number – The recipient's number is not formatted correctly or doesn’t exist.
Carrier Filtering – Mobile carriers might block the message if it’s flagged as spam or violates regulations.
Opt-Out Numbers – The recipient has previously opted out of receiving messages (replied STOP).
Disconnected Number – The phone number is no longer active.
Full Inbox or Temporary Network Issue – Less common, but still possible.
You can reset Bounced Messages by using the following steps:
Navigate to Settings: From your Mobiniti dashboard, click on Settings.
Access Message Settings: In the Settings menu, select Message Settings.
Locate Reset Option: Within Message Settings, find the option labeled Reset Bounced Contacts.
