The number of messages remaining on your account are affected by two factors: Credits and Balance.

Credits are the number of messages allotted to your account. You can view the transactions that affect credits by looking at the Usage Log within the Usage Tab. To learn more about credits, click here.

Balance is the amount of funds on your account. A balance can be used for sending messages and other features within Mobiniti. To calculate the number of messages your balance can provide, divide the balance by your rate. The rate can be found in the Usage Tab. To learn more about balance, click here.
