Step 1.
Check your Account Balance:
Navigate to the Balance and Payment to check your available funds. Please make sure that your account has enough balance to send the campaign again. If you don't have enough funds Add Funds here:
Step 2.
Access Your Campaign:
Go to the Campaign that was not sent. You may find that the status shows that the campaign was not sent due to insufficient funds.
Step 3.
Resend Campaign:
Once you've added funds, go to the campaign select Actions (top right corner), and select Rentry. This will trigger the campaign to be sent again.
Step 4:
Check Campaign Status:
After resending, check the status of your campaign under Details to confirm that it has been successfully sent.
