Mobiniti does support the option of an existing user or new user porting over a phone number that they already have so it can be used on the Mobiniti platform. Short Codes, Toll-free numbers, and 10DLC numbers are all supported and can be ported over to Mobiniti.

It is important to note that Toll-free numbers and 10DLC typically take about 5-7 business days to process.


How to port a number to Mobiniti?

In order to port your number, we'll need the following information of the authorized user or owner of the number.

  1. The authorized user's first and last name.

  2. A list of the number(s) you want to port.

  3. The corresponding service address. This must be an actual physical address and PO Boxes are not valid addresses.

  4. A Letter of Authorization (LOA) signed by the authorized user and/or owner of the number(s). Note that the information on your LOA must match the authorized user name and service address provided by your current carrier.

  5. A scanned (or electronic) copy of the most recent phone bill (within the last 30 days) that includes the account, owner/authorized user name, and address information for all the numbers you'd like to port.
